There are people out there who have a knack for brutal honesty, and there are those who avoid honesty like the plague. My dad, however, has a perfect balance of both, as he can tell you what he thinks and not be brutal about it. I think it helps that he is so caring and just wants what is best for the person. He is gentle and kind. This helps in his interactions with people especially when discussing a sticky issue. I like it when he speaks his mind, as it reeks with wisdom.
